The Elementary Library recently presented the CPU Elementary School Department with a Valentine Special in celebration of the Love Month. Entitled “Write Your Heart Out,” the activity featured greeting cards of colorful paper heart cut-outs with Valentine-related book quotes on love and friendship. Pupils, faculty, and staff were encouraged to participate and write their messages on the hearts provided, and pin them on the appreciation board found outside the library. Messages that included the complete name, grade level and section of its recipients were delivered to them personally by the librarian. “Write Your Heart Out” ran from February 13-16, 2023.
