Our online virtual library assistant, Bertha, has been featured in the November 2020 issue of the Central Echo e-newsletter.

In the article, Librarian Allana S. Delgado was interviewed about Bertha and the library’s challenges in transitioning to virtual library services.

Aside from Chat Bertha, the Library also offers online resources, scanning services, and webinars. The library plans to launch an online digital repository in the future.
