Chat Bertha has a new schedule effective last October 17, 2020.

Chat Bertha is now available from Mondays to Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. You can chat Bertha throughout the week except on Sundays and Holidays. Requests and questions asked outside Bertha’s schedule will be catered on the next working day.
