Bertha is the library’s virtual reference assistant. Just ask her any question through chat or e-mail, she is always ready to respond. Bertha’s passion is searching for information and she will not stop until she finds the right answer. Bertha is inquisitive and curious. In her free time, she loves to read classic literature, listen to music (she loves The Script), and write poetry.
